IT focus: LoA eshop maintenance and new version of ECHA REACH-IT


ReachCentrum LoA e-shop platform not accessible from 16 to 27 October
Our LoA e-Shop platform will not be accessible from 16 October to 27 October 2017 due to planned maintenance work and system upgrades. It will not be possible to place an order through the e-shop for LoAs during this period. Any orders placed on Friday 13 October will be verified and processed from the 30 October onwards. The LoAs, tokens and dossiers ordered prior to 13 October will continue to be treated in a timely fashion and will remain unaffected.  Inquiries concerning LoA prices and related information will continue to be responded to during this period and may be made by direct inquiry to LoA e-shop mailbox. New version of ECHA REACH-IT in November – downtime before
A new version of the dossier submission and communication tool, REACH-IT, will be introduced on 7 November 2017. To manage the update, ECHA will close the tool from 1 November until 6 November inclusive. The update (version 3.3) does not affect the submission of registration dossiers and mainly builds up ECHA’s capacity to deal with the incoming dossiers for the 31 May 2018 deadline.
